PUMP CITY
Open the city
How it works

A live 3D city for the trenches.

Every trader gets a window in City Hall. Every lot launches a real pump.fun coin. Each window carries a label the server reads from the chain, and the city knows what you are: sell inside ten minutes and your window goes dark.

City Hall: one window per citizen

City Hall, the tower in the plaza, is $PUMPCITY's building. Its height follows $PUMPCITY's market cap on the same scale as every other building. Its windows are the citizens, and together they make up the Citizenship Roll.

Labels

t0 is the coin's creation time, its first trade. The first rule that matches wins.

Edge cases

Roll calls

At fixed moments City Hall takes the roll: the server counts every label, and every window flips to its label at once with a flash. Each roll call goes into the City pulse.

Roll callWhen
10-minutet0 + 10 minutes. The first moment anyone can be a JEET for good.
GraduationThe moment $PUMPCITY's bonding curve completes, read from trades that move to PumpSwap or report the curve complete. The Graduation Gate opens first, then City Hall takes the roll. It's usually when the biggest crowd arrives.
30-minutet0 + 30 minutes. The first Old Timers appear.
One-hourt0 + 60 minutes.

At the 30-minute and one-hour roll calls the city also names the Jeet of the Half Hour and the Jeet of the Hour: the largest single sell, in SOL, by a JEET in that window, with its transaction.

Jeet Alley

Every JEET sell goes on the Alley billboards and into the Jeet Alley list in the city, with a Solscan link to the transaction. Big jeet sells also go into the City pulse.

Bonding Curve Boulevard and the Graduation Gate

The main avenue runs from the plaza to the city's entrance. It's Bonding Curve Boulevard, and its road glows like a progress bar from the gate toward City Hall: the fill is $PUMPCITY's bonding-curve progress on pump.fun, from 0 to 100%.

At the end of the boulevard stands the Graduation Gate. It stays shut, bars glowing, until $PUMPCITY graduates. At graduation the bars slide up, fireworks go off, a light wave runs up the boulevard to City Hall, and then City Hall takes the graduation roll. The gate stays open after that.

Live Stage

A wall of six screens in a corner of the plaza shows the six biggest pump.fun livestreams right now, ranked by viewers and then market cap: thumbnail, ticker, market cap and how many are watching. It refreshes every 30 seconds. Tap a screen, or open Live Stage in the toolbar, to watch it on pump.fun.

Streams flagged NSFW or banned by pump.fun are left out. Showing a stream is not an endorsement of the stream or its coin.

Graduation fireworks

Whenever any coin graduates on pump.fun, a firework with its ticker bursts over Old Town, and the City pulse says so. The pulse also counts how many coins graduated on pump.fun tonight.

Rug Row: bury a coin

The edge of Old Town is Rug Row, the city's graveyard. Anyone can paste a pump.fun coin's address into Rug Row in the toolbar. If the coin is dead, it gets a tombstone with its name, ticker, picture, all-time-high market cap, when it peaked and when it died.

Dev Watchtower

A slim tower next to City Hall watches every wallet tagged DEV. Its beacon is green while none of them has sold $PUMPCITY and turns red, for good, the moment one does. Any sell by a DEV-tagged wallet counts. The header's Dev watch chip shows the same thing, and opening it lists every DEV sell with its transaction.

Build a building

Every lot launches a real pump.fun coin, and its building rises and falls with that coin's market cap.

  1. Pick an empty lot. Click Build, then any glowing lot. Skyline Row faces the plaza, Downtown rings it, and The Trenches are everywhere else: their lots are foxholes.
  2. Name your coin. Name (up to 32 plain letters; fewer with emoji), ticker (up to 10 letters or numbers), a picture, optional links, and an optional first buy in SOL.
  3. Approve in your wallet. Batch-signing wallets use one approval for both transactions: the lot's toll, then the coin's creation on pump.fun, your first buy, and the locked fee split. Other wallets ask twice, before either transaction is sent.
  4. It goes up. The city checks on-chain that the coin exists and the split is locked, then your building breaks ground. From then on it follows the market cap: 1 storey up to $4K, then 2 more every time the market cap doubles, up to 60.
Your coin is a normal pump.fun coin. It shows up in pump.fun's feed, trades on pump.fun, graduates to PumpSwap like any other, and you keep full control of your tokens.

Lots & tolls

The city has 1,260 lots on a 12 × 12 grid of blocks. Where you build sets the toll. The toll buys $PUMPCITY and burns it in the same approval as your launch. The city never holds it.

The Trenches1,0710.02 SOLEverywhere else. Lots here are foxholes.

One lot holds one coin, forever. Buildings are never evicted or resold. Toll prices are SOL quotes, with up to 5% slippage. Besides the toll you pay Solana's account rent and network fees, plus whatever first buy you choose. If the toll confirms but creation fails, retry the same lot: your paid toll stays credited and your lot stays reserved.

Skyline Row: residents only

The 24 lots facing the plaza can only be launched by a wallet whose label on the Citizenship Roll is OLD TIMER or DEV, and which still holds $PUMPCITY on-chain at launch time. The server checks both before it reserves the lot. If you don't qualify yet, the launch stops before anything is signed and the panel says:

Skyline Row is for Old Timers: hold $PUMPCITY 30 min without selling.

The rule switches on once $PUMPCITY is live. Downtown and The Trenches are open to everyone.

Creator rewards on city coins: 80% to you

Every trade on a pump.fun coin pays a small fee, and part of it goes to the coin's creator. For every coin launched from a city lot, that creator reward is split:

Every city coin's creator rewards
80%
to the wallet that launched it
20%
to the city wallet

Locked at launch

The split is set with pump.fun's own fee-sharing program in the same transaction that creates your coin, and it's locked right away. Nobody can change it afterwards, not you and not us.

Hourly payouts

Rewards collect in the coin's vault. Every hour, vaults holding at least 0.01 SOL pay out: 80% to the launcher and 20% to the city wallet, straight into the wallets. You don't have to claim anything. Payouts can be delayed if the city's gas wallet or RPC is unavailable.

$PUMPCITY

$PUMPCITY has no promised value, no dividends and no floor. Burns don't guarantee anything about price. Buy only what you can afford to lose.

Verify it yourself

Everything the city does happens on Solana, through pump.fun's programs.

  1. Copy a coin's contract address from its card and open it on Solscan. Its creation transaction contains pump.fun's create, the fee-sharing config and the locked update, all in one.
  2. The fee-sharing config is owned by pump.fun's fee program, lists the launcher at 80% and the city wallet at 20%, and is locked.
  3. Any window's label can be checked against that wallet's $PUMPCITY trades on Solscan or pump.fun. Jeet Alley and the pulse link the sell transactions.

FAQ

I sold 2 minutes in. Can I get my window back?

No. A sell inside ten minutes of your first buy makes the wallet a JEET for good. The window stays dark.

I trimmed after 20 minutes. Am I a jeet?

No. You're PAPER: still lit, flickering, as long as you hold more than 1% of what you bought. Sell everything and you're EXITED.

Does my window move if I buy again?

No. Your window is set by your first buy and never moves.

Can I sell the coin I launched?

Yes, any time, from its building's card or on pump.fun. Only the creator-fee split is locked.

Does the city take a fee on trades?

No. Buys and sells from building cards pay only pump.fun's normal fees.

Can my building be taken away?

No. One lot holds one coin forever. A dead coin becomes a haunted house, and it lights back up when someone trades it.

Why won't Rug Row bury my coin?

It's still alive: someone traded it in the last 30 minutes, or its market cap is above 10% of its all-time high and it traded in the last 6 hours. Or it's already buried, or someone just buried a coin from your connection less than 30 seconds ago.
